TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF SERVICE

These Text Messaging Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern text messages sent and received through the text messaging services of Mauldin Properties, LLC (“Mauldin Properties,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to or otherwise using our text messaging services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Service Description

Our text messaging service allows Mauldin Properties to communicate with current and prospective residents, tenants, property owners, vendors, and other clients regarding property-management matters.

Messages may include leasing and showing information, application updates, rent and account notices, lease-renewal reminders, maintenance communications, inspection and appointment notices, property announcements, community news, office closures, safety and weather alerts, urgent notifications, and customer-service responses.

  1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you authorize Mauldin Properties to send property-management text messages to that number.

Message frequency will vary based on your relationship and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting, purchasing, or receiving services from Mauldin Properties.

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided. You agree to notify us if that number changes or is reassigned.

If you initiate a text conversation with Mauldin Properties, we may respond with information directly related to your original inquiry. Ongoing text messages unrelated to the original inquiry will not be sent without separate consent.

  1. Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP.” You may also withdraw your consent through any other reasonable method that clearly communicates that you no longer wish to receive text messages.

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your request to be processed.

Mauldin Properties and participating wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Not all mobile devices or wireless carriers may be supported.
