Mauldin Properties Management is the public-facing property-management brand of Mauldin Properties, LLC. We provide hands-on management for residential, commercial, and self-storage properties, with a focus on responsive service, responsible property care, and long-term value.

Our foundation was built by Billy and Ruby Jean Mauldin through Mauldin Trailer Park. Patty and Mitch Mauldin expanded that foundation through properties including Emmy Drive Apartments and West End Self Storage. Today, Shuff Mauldin carries the legacy forward by overseeing the company’s property-management operations and continuing its commitment to the Laurel community.

Our approach is simple: take care of people and the things they value. That means providing clean, safe, and comfortable places to live, work, and store what matters—while maintaining every property with pride and protecting it for the long term.
