Mauldin Properties began with Billy and Ruby Jean Mauldin, who built its foundation through Mauldin Trailer Park. Patty and Mitch Mauldin grew that foundation with Emmy Drive Apartments and West End Self Storage.
Today, Shuff Mauldin carries the legacy forward with the same simple commitment: taking care of people and the things they value by providing clean, safe, and comfortable places to live, work, and store what matters.

Mauldin Properties, LLC uses Rent Manager to communicate with tenants, prospective tenants, property owners, vendors, and other clients regarding property-management matters.

When an individual sends a text message to Mauldin Properties, LLC, an authorized representative may respond through Rent Manager with information directly related to the original inquiry.
